Paul Hughes
its no secret that I love japan, but even with my websites and blogs without readership nobody would know.
So of course  if you are reading this it would seem I am late to the party.
Globally chefs have beaten a path to Tokyo and Japan.
Who can blame them! I have been visiting since the 1980s and still can’t overdose on the surprising food the literally thousands of restaurants , not forgetting  the charm of the Japanese people.
I love an Izakaya even with my pathetic japanese, I am made welcome and with a simple phrase I can always eat well “Omekaze onegai shimasu”
I give my thanks to all the Shokunin, front of house, and all the people working hard everyday, striving to make the best food and experience.
